A night of politics, betrayal and dancing.

It’s a night of intrigue and betrayal in the Doge’s beautiful palace. A masked ball is the perfect time to scheme towards gaining greater influence. Masques is played over a series of Dances that involve three movements. Each Dance, players will assemble their hand through a draft, play Influence and Plot cards in the castle, and then resolve their effects.

Each player takes on the head of a family looking to rise in the political ranks. Plot cards will allow them to gain Ducats and Faction Seals. Influence cards will affect the dance in different ways. Through careful planning and well timed card placement, players might find themselves at the side of the king.
